How do I improve quality? This is super low resolution and it comes out to a huge file size and terrible quality.

Looks alright, could do to be brighter, try the color correction setting in the advanced tab of webm for retards. Otherwise just increase gamma in game settings.

Can do with a higher bitrate, there's a lot of room in the file size. You don't have to hit the 3MB limit for such a short webm though, I guess ~700 bitrate would do the job.
