As someone that didn't care much about the character before, Junpei is by far the best written character in the game. He actuallu gets a great arc, and I love how even his worst decisions have Akane's well-being in mind.
I really like how he goes from "I'm done playing the hero" to "I'll shield your body with mine".
Akane on the other hand went from being a calm and calculist mastermind to being a crazy yandere. Still, I sort of like how she snaps everytime Junpei dies.

Reasoning: I don't like to evaluate any of the games on their own as I see them more as a package deal as opposed to standalone games. It's not that I think any of the games are better than the others, because I don't, so I'm just ranking them in terms of personal and emotional satisfaction I got out of them.
Ending: I'm happy about the big twist(the twins)just because that was my favourite theory. I'm upset that they didn't resolve more, but glad that they all made it out safely and happily. Very happy Junpei and Akane got engaged.
What I would have changed: Answered questions such as:Where the fuck is Kyle?Who/where is the terrorist, what religion are they affiliated with, why does it enact a nuclear war that kills everyone, and do they end up catching and killing them?How do Carlos and Maria handle their newfound SHIFT powers after Maria's disease is cured? Do they just stop using them, or do they use them to join an organization such as Crash Keys?Why was Ice-9 ever brought up?What happened to Alice and Clover after VLR?Why did Delta create Free the Soul? I feel like a lot your questions are things that are left intentionally ambiguous to allow for player interpretation. There are obviously a fair number of exceptions and questions that really REALLY should be answered, but I'm not a fan of this idea that every single thing should be explained in full. The whole series has had intrigue and mystery, don't let that end just because the series does. Some things are not critical and therefore you can maybe get more out of NOT telling everyone them.
Delta being shot/notshot for example, answering that question with anything short of another game seems unnecessary. It's down to the player, possibly hinted at by how Delta himself calls it the final decision game.

There is no need for the game to spell out something that should be obvious if you were paying attention to the game.
There isn't a Young Sigma training in the future anymore in the True End timeline (he only exists in the VLR timeline) so of course Dr Klim will keep the body. There is no need for Luna to be made with Diana alive either, and there is no reason to make Kyle either (if there was ever one we will never know).
And it's obvious Sigma will stay with Diana, I don't know about Phi though.

Shifting doesn't stick to a specific timeline dumbass. The VLR timeline still exists, Sigma can still come jumping back after finishing the game. Klim may also want to give up the body to the younger version of him so he can actually live a proper life

Carlos made the right choice though.
Had he actually tried to stop Delta, he would've no longer existed in the same timeline as the Akane and Junpei he knew. All he would've done is created a new branching timeline.

Regarding the standoff.I tried entering Q and it said "What is Q's real name?" so I went "huh, guess I'll have to find this out later" and left it at that. Right after I got the twin ending I was like "fuck it, let me try Delta" because I had a hunch.
And then what happened was so fucking confusing to me with Q shooting the screen and then people yelling about this Sean person who I've never heard of and then I realized that I as the player was seeing things from Zero's point of view and that Delta was Zero.
Only in a Zero Escape game could I somehow spoil the game for myself just by playing the game.

Well, you can't get to the last segment after all the Force Quit box until you do all three sections first. You won't get their solutions until late in the game.
As for the spoilers, there are enough hints that you'll be able to figure out long before that scene happens. But it does make all of the decisions with Team D a lot more interesting with that knowledge.
