With Widow on console? Just move your crosshair towards your target's head and shoot when you pass over. Doesn't matter if you overshoot your aim if you shoot at the right time.
Way better than trying to get the reticle exactly on target and still, especially when your target is moving.
It's really expensive but M+KB on console is possible
