my laptop graphics card just died so its time for baby me to finally get a desktop/build me a computer. All in all I just want to run some resent games darksouls 3 comes to mind as well as total war warhammer, and SFV as far as the graphically intensive things I want to play. What graphics card can do this and or what price point will I be looking at if I want to run these games on my future computer? Not going to lie when it comes to computer parts and how they stack up I am completely ignorant.

I love gaming on a PC, but I see that consoles have certain advantages.
I'd say I'm a "pc gamer" although I hate the term, because reddit has hijacked it so that playing on a PC is something people connotate with arrogatn neckbeards circlejerking over how superior they are for using a different game platform
