He doesn't even pump his legs, he's clearly shuffling across the ground for that slam. Plus the black guy at the start also slides right behind him. It's fast so it's hard to notice but it does look awkward.

this is a vid I made with several cheats on while fucking around, just running and gunning. Not even trying to make it look neat or good. the fact the a minuscule detail like a little sliding in combat animation is the only thing you can find to complain about says a lot. Even with that tiny flaw, it's still animated better than most shit out there.
