Her hyper is expensive and her passive used to be boosted by Confusion. Basically hosts had to turn off Confusion if they wanted to use Random otherwise Sweebo would just steamroll everyone.

Last I checked Pres. Priv is a staple of a SwB deck since her hyper is so expensive so making it one turn instead of two does hurt her but admittedly only a bit and in edge cases where she'd have more than one hyper or other expensive cards in hand.
The confusion thing is a flat out nerf to her though. They changed it when she initially dropped so cards were "reversed" which gave her the stat bonuses her hyper would normally also give off so reverting it to a way that doesn't give her the bonus makes her more reliant on her hyper (or sealed memories)

Usually pretty active. Gets way more active when a big update drops but it's usually active enough that you won't ever be hurting for a match, at least if you make an announcement in the steam group.

True but she's a lot better against the boss than Tomomo since she has 5 HP, so she doesn't get stalled as easily. Her usefulness really depends on what other players are using. My guess is anon is a Suguri player who only chooses Evade in combat.
