I think Saints Row the newer ones are really good looking and fun during cutscenes but it just doesn't transfer to gameplay at all. The combat is really basic and boring 3rd person shooting and all the content comes in the form of totally generic repeatable missions so they can pepper them all over the empty and lifeless open world map.
