If you mean customizable as in alternative costumes, then yes. We've already seen Noctis wear four outfits (battle dress, battle dress without the jacket, Lucian Royal Suit, Versus formal suit).

There is alternate outfits. Noctis so far gets his dads suit and his other suit from the Versus trailers. The other three so far get the kingsglaive military uniform. You can also take off their jackets.
