I never bothered farming out a Horde weapon because farm parties are a shitshow, so the thought of a competitive iLv weapon is nice but there's still the issue that there's nothing to use it on (sans the absurd Alex raiding grind, which I'm not doing again).

I think you need a Lv50 crafter to access the moogle quests. About 2/3rds of the way to rank 7 you'll hit 60 on that class.
If you have capped levequest allowances quickly grind one class to ~10 and buy a courier leve powerleveling kit. You can hit 50 in a day.
I really don't know. I got to max level and there's nothing to do. But I mostly stopped because there were no EU servers, did they implement those yet? I might check it out again if they have.
