A gaming PC + PS4 is the best combination right now.

Op, if you can't buy both, build a PC. Steam has most of the worth-while games you've missed, and Microsoft is sharing all their XBone exclusives with PC.
If I had to pull some numbers out of my ass, I'd say building a PC gets you 80% of current and upcoming games while PS4 gets you only 50%.
