Has anyone with a PS3 or possibly PS4 or Vita ever come across a user named man3211998?

Having been using PSN for over 8 years now, there has been this one user by the name man3211998 who has managed to make their way onto my friends list and followed me into lobbies on random occasions for the past 8 years without me doing anything.

>the first occurrence was March 21st 2009, where he sent me a friend request not knowing why. He sent messages in an unrecognisable language, which caused me to block him.
>the second occurrence was sometime in Summer 2010, where he joined a lobby I just found instantly on Uncharted 2. I heard nothing but loud static with muffled screams over the mic, causing me to power off system in utter fear.
>Sometime during the night after my finals in 2011, I unlocked several trophies when starting up my PS3. "3", "21", "1998" and "the end"
>Christmas eve at midnight 2012, Vita turned on at 1am by itself in party app. Several fast speaking voices from multiple accounts, including man3211998 saying "the end the end 3211998 the end the end", then the Vita shut off itself.
>November 15th 2013, PS4 box included a note saying "the end the end 3211998 the end the end"
>Sometime last year, some of my friends got perma banned. When they contacted Sony, they got emails saying "the end the end 3211998 the end the end"
>Just last night, man3211998 managed to make it onto my friendlist.
>Try to block him again, instead get red light of death.
>System resets somehow, with a message saying "Remember that day, Joel?"

I don't remember "that day". I have dealt with this for 7 years, and this creepy fourth wall breaking fucker thinks I know about "that day". Who the fuck does he think he is?
