Seems like a confirmation, but we've never really had any hard evidence that Sol is Dizzy's biological father. Hell, Dizzy's age would put her birth at a point where Justice was locked in an interdimensional prison, and after Sol and Justice had already tried to kill one another several times, so Dizzy was probably more of a clone than anything. I always figured that Sol saw Dizzy as more of a sign of what could have happened for him if everything hadn't gone to shit. But Dizzy's origins seem to be something that the series doesn't really care about anymore.
