From what I can tell, it's not a walking simulator, but it's also not a "kill everything you come across" game. They said that there's inventory and ammo management, and some puzzles too.

This looks like the closest thing I can get, although the aesthetics are more in line of Beksiński's rather than Giger's, nothing wrong there, but I really want a game with a true Giger influence. The closest thing to exploring something like Giger's paintings that I can recall were the last chapter levels of Alien Trilogy, The Cetan Ship in Perfect Dark and in Alien Isolation, were you explore the derelict.
