Boot up any Halo game, play custom games against someone with max speed, being able to carry a pistol, two shotguns, the railgun, a plasma rifle, a rocket launcher, and a gun that pretty much one kills anything nearby that dies to less than 3 rockets (see Chief), and also have them play with a KBM. Old Doomguys arsenal while classic, somewhat aged poorly, given most the weapons use fairly low caliber ammo. Plasma and explosive weapons are better but still about what chief uses on a daily basis.
Now NuDoomguy could probably tear the shit out of chief, but also his armor is more specialized in killing Demons, as it basically absorbs demonic souls and energy. But the newer weapons are definitely more up to snuff.
