Its lagging on my 980 ti... what the fuck? Has nvidia nerfed my card allready?
I pirated it and have a GTX 660.
Maintain 60 FPS for me.
It's meant to run better on Windows 10

The second is the best by far. To put it in perspective, aside from the story bosses, 3 only has 7 psychos while 2 has double that (depending on how you count them. Closer to 20 if you count each separate psycho instead of just the fights.)
3 is mechanically better aside from a couple really annoying flaws, but 2 just has so much more. 3 expects you to spend most of its time on collectibles while 2 gives you actual gameplay to fill up the days.

Off the Record is really enhanced by having played the original first, but if you're ONLY in it for the gamplay, OTR is better. You can pretty easily play both without feeling like it's a chore to replay the 'same' things.
It hurts me that the picture for the dead rising bundle on steam is from dead rising 1 but the only games in the bundle are 2 and 3

pretty much everything but wolfenstein, just cause 3 and batman arkham knight are the only games i care about that dont support it and thats 3 out of like 50-100, and i need to upgrade soon anyway finally so ill get to max them soon
ive spent $300 on graphics cards in my entire life, ive had a gaming pc for 5 years and ive maxed almost all games, especially once i got my second 660 ti
