With Discipline, things are (relatively) pretty tame until you hit a bad ending then all hell breaks loose. Meanwhile, in Starless, things are already fucked in the common route and you know what you're in for.
To be honest, the scene that most disturbed me wasn't from either of those two games, it was the rape scene from School Days. That one came out of nowhere.

And the thing is, I liked all of the above and I'd still recommend them to varying degrees from what I got out of them alone. I just didn't feel like finishing them for some reason.
Maybe if Mahoyo ever got an actual translation, I'd manage that. Short and only one route would probably help my shitty attention span.

Benkei route is fantastic, a straight 10/10.
Sayaka route is fine/good, you get to spend some time together with the Kazama Family wich is always great.
Azumi route is the weakest one, I felt the ending was a little rushed but seeing how Yamato will be in 10 years was nice.
Overall A-1 is better than S, and you should play it.

S had some good route, like the Bushido Plan or Monshiro route. Some people liked Tsubame route, I didn't. Other routes suffers from being too shorts (Kokoro's was cute tho) or focused too much on sex (I am looking at you Margit).
You also get the 5 main girls After route and the Agave after with the Itagaki family, wich is always nice.
