How do you withstand the Mega Dolan spam from the fiends?

Accidentally ran into Black Rider and he just pushed my shit in, Debilitate and Luster Candy be damned.

Also I'm almost finished with my Neutral run, can I go back and do the Mikado sidequests that are closed at some point?
