Should I buy a ps4, an xbox one, and a wii u or should I wait for the ps neo, the xbox one scorpio, and the NX?
At this point it might be best just to wait.

Well the NX is going to be the shortest of waiting of the three consoles. It's likely going to be the first to release since it was given a official march 2017 release date. Scorpio is expected to come out late 2017 while ps4 Neo has no date confirmed yet and might just get a late 2017 release as well.

WII u literally at the end of its life span now. unless you actually are interested in whats out and the 2 other games coming out for it id wipe that one off your list. i have a wii u and i seriously regret getting it. im gonna get a ps4, but im waiting for more details on the neo before i do. most of xbox stuff is also being ported to pc. id say ps4 is the way to go but wait for a sale or something

a good PC can already emulate almost any Wii/GC games, and they're making great progress on the wii U emulator. Xbox is losing all of its exclusives to PC, so a good PC and a PS4 is the way to go.

So what? PS4 and Xbox have pretty much the same games, so they both have the same games as PC. Having a PC and buying their consoles is pointless.
Right now I'd say just build a PC and wait. Xbox doesn't even have exclusives anymore, and PS4 has a few noteworthy ones but not enough to justify the console (only game I liked was bloodborne which I beat at a friends). If you like current nintendo exclusives you can get a Wii U but that's your call.

Some of those are PS4/PC though, for example Nier or No Mans Sky. Pretty misleading. Honestly the only PS4 exclusive I liked was bloodborne, but that's not really enough to justify the purchase imo

You will have to learn a lot about hardware though. that is a big time investment. newegg has some good PC build videos and there are many places to get advice on parts and configs.
