The only one I didn't see it in is Q-End 1 when Mira and Sean escape, but it's present everywhere else, though I may have missed it. Also, this paired with the subtle hints in every other team when they talk about Q being executed.
Also noticing how each time Sean dies, Delta is usually also killed as well so that we get the Q death announcement. Shooting Mira at the 3-Way Standoff really makes that apparent when the Casualty announcement says Q and Eric are dead, but Sean is still 'alive' enough to utter Mira before he 'dies'.
