The game is honestly overrated. The gameplay is clunky, the character building is obtuse and poorly fleshed out, and the story is pants on head retarded, with a bunch of vague existential bullshit thrown in to make it seem smarter.

Pretty sure it does because I tested it 5 minutes ago. I also used maintenance a total of 3 times with my current character and still see it all the time, specifically after using medkits.
