Oh my god, I miss that game so much.
So many amazing moments, like when flying mounts came out and everyone was looking for rides so they didn't have to run across the new continent. God I met so many friends doing that and when the jungle rafting event came out and everyone wanted that dragon sword.
Getting Paladin/Dark knight, Final Hit, and other cool as moves was awesome, rewarding and you made you feel badass.
To bad Nexon are jews and turned the game into a giant shitfest.

I haven't tried it so grain of salt, but from what I've read the private server of warhammer online has been going strong and getting better. Slow but steady development.
I'm sure they have some forums and shit, not sure how much "the same" as it was back then but it seems to have a decent population playing.
I think it's more active at EU prime times so not sure if that's good or bad, and I want to say they have up to tier 3 working but I could be wrong.

Good thing that PSO2 is also a piece of shit and Sega is ruining it with every new update. Not worse than PSU (that would be a fucking amazing feat), but definitively inferior to PSPo2 and the original PSO, and I can see it becoming at least as bad as PSU eventually.
At least I still can play BB by myself with a server emulator and not worry about pirate server drama queens.

I still play Tribes: Ascend. population is dwindling but you can still find a few servers with a playable amount of people for most gamemodes and several of them even fill up at primetime, mostly the free shrike servers. Honestly i enjoy it a lot more than Quake live and there aren't really any other shooters on the market like it.
Now Tribes Next, that is literally DEAD. I think there's only like 5 australians playing that shit if anyone at all.

>Armored Transports & Trains were flyable, Battleships were flyable for clans and worked as mobile bases
>Economy was made dynamic
>lvl9-10 weapons were rare and could only be found as loot
>VHF's generally tweaked to make all of them competetive
>Clan wars had meaning since you could take over systems and control NPC's and stations
