I also pretty much completely broke Twilight Princess, doing pretty much everything out of order and even keeping the sick version of Midna with pale skin and blue hair. The only reason I didn't manage to complete the run was that I got hit by the cannon room glitch and couldn't warp out. All I had left was City in the Sky, Goron Mines, and Hyrule Castle. In 4th grade my pokemon red team was unbeatable. I was that guy. People kept challenging me at lunch time and every single one went down.
Finally somebody got cheeky and used a gameshark to give their pokemon a lot of health, may have been infinite. I'd hit them with a STAB earthquake or a Mewtwo psychic and see the health bar drop for a full minute before it stopped. One by one they started knocking out my pokemon.
Then the other kid accidentally hit the wrong option and gave up instead of attacking. I had just tanked hard enough to beat a cheater. It was a very cheap win, but I still felt invincible. My record was still untarnished.

I'm sure if you asked me a decade ago, my answers would've been much different, but I can't think of anything particularly hard to do from older games.
