OCd 2500k with proper DDR can still get you over 60 fps in most games, if you have the good GPU. Don't expect more than that though, especially in games like Far Cry, Ass Creed, GTA or Witcher 3. 2500k is on the brink of being outdated, for some games it's already outdated
