Machine translate stuff. Try to really listen to the speech alongside formal learning tools, it makes it much faster especially since porn dialogue ain't that complex.
Eventually, you'll at least be able to understand what the women are saying.
Reading it is a bit harder. The real problem comes from the kanji, but you can usually read the shit around it easily enough and then just learn the kanji slowly as you go along.
Katakana/hiragana makes up most of the general speech/dialogue, and that shit is just like learning the basic alphabet.
