How would you make a Cyberpunk game, /v/?
Make it inspired by Neuromancer, specifically Villa Straylight

Instead of a linear shooter or an open world, have a mission based system which has massive open-ended levels with a somewhat vague and non-linear goal, and allow to player to explore the landscape and looking for different ways of accomplishing this goal. Level design in general would be very open and sprawling, but at the same time claustrophobic and vertical.
Think hitman, but in a cyberpunk setting.
