Yup, its pretty grindy.

Kind of like a rpg fps. with the classes customised to your own liking.

I.e Speccing into ghost perks to help stealth.
or crew chief to give team buffs. etc

saying that you can pretty much do anything at level 0 if you're good enough. though it is a massive challenge.
