Should have been an Zelda-like adventure game. Tim got a bit too carried away with the Sacrifice-like RTS battles. The Tainted Coil's section being cut out of the game is so obvious it's painful.

I enjoyed it for what it was, if it came out as a late PS2 game people would have had really fond memories of it, but it just looks and plays like ass at least 40% of the time.

If nothing else I'll always remember slaying the Metal Queen to the sound of Cry of the Banshee. Why the rest of the game couldn't be like that excellent, adventurous, and dare I even say thrilling bit, I'll never know.
