Yeah, someone from Capcom, probably Ono, did indeed say something about an audio agency they might have contracted the audio samples from causing issue with bringing Rival Schools back, but that's kind of an odd excuse because they later gave us UBY on PSN (Japan only anyway) which I actually have on my PSN jp account. Capcom is notorious for saying one thing and then doing another in my experience, so it's hard for me to take their word without a grain of salt.
