OP, this is really a game for chicks. just get something by telltale. the second season of the walking dead was pretty bitchin. and the GoT games was not bad. I don't even watch the show and I fucking loved it.
Its interesting for a playthrough but it pushes its agenda a bit too forcefully. The dialogue is also unbearable.
It is by no means a great game.

Holy shit, the memes. They're everywhere, even as stickers in Chloes car.
This is what made me dislike the game alot. It's like a bunch of old men were sitting in a room, surfing on 9gag and reddit to find "hip" memes from 2010 to make the characters believeable teens.
For example, in one possible outcome, one of the maincharacter's classmates commits suicide without you giving the chance to "fix" this.

its a pretty mediocre take on both adolescent focused stories and time traveling. There were so many moments in the game where I thought the time traveling would be used in unique and interesting ways but outside of one moment of time stopping everything else was bland, you can also jump through photos for some reason.
The twist is also poorly fleshed out and its delivery feels forced almost like the writing staff realized just how predictable the game was becoming and decided to just formulate the twist over night with no attention as to whether or not it felt naturally cohesive to the rest of the narrative.
Also Chloe is a shit character but so is everyone outside of maybe the autistic janitor and Chloe's Father. Warren came a close third by the end but was much too beta regardless.
