I have way more 3DS games but I seem to get way more enjoyment out of my Vita. So I guess it's a quantity Vs quality thing with the 2 systems.

You could get a Playstation TV/Vita TV, those are fairly cheap (like $40~ cheap) and they play most games. Look at a wikipedia list of Vita games they should show a compatibility chart if you're interested in a Vita TV.

All of vita's important titles are already multiplat. Sony dropped the ball on its potential so hard. Considered selling it early to get my money back but I still wanna play Digimon, Muramasa and potentially another title that might or might not be exclusive. Even if I still wanted to, I figure nobody wants it so its just collecting dust.

Both.
3DS for first party Nintendo games, Atlus stuff and things like Rune Factory.
Vita for more Atlus games and things like Tales of Hearts R and Soul Sacrifice.

I have both and I hate both.
I have both although its been a long time since i have used my Vita, I have tried to like the Vita but most of the games are mediocre JRPG's and the Monster Hunter clones I have tried have been underwhelming.

Vitathat I haven't played in monthsguy as of right now. Been thinking about getting a 3DS recently though, mainly for OoT and Majora's Mask HD. Anyone think the HD versions are worth buying a 3DS for or should I just grab them on Wii U eShop for a replay?

They are about the same res as on N64, but they -are- labelled "3D".
I haven't played them, so watch a few videos and see if you're cool with the new graphics.

I'd say especially the 3DS.
As a big fan of the DS, I've yet to find reason to get a 3DS.
It's all Console-type games, sequels, and spin-offs.
Very little of the spicifically hand-held oriented and art-themed inventive stuff the DS was known for.
Some of that can be found on smart phones, but not without asexually smiling children and F2P schemes out the wazoo.
