The red/yellow lasers will only use the mirrors on the left side. The green laser won't use a mirror. The blue laser only uses the mirrors on the right side.

Because you have the 1,2,3 moons and the 1,2 men cards, you know you have a perfect cube and 2 perfect squares within your numbers. The only perfect cube from 0-12 is 8, so you know the value of the moon is 2. That leaves the perfect squares 4 and 9, so you know the man is 3.
