I literally had no idea that this existed until you posted it because I assumed that nobody was still modding TF2 in 2016

I thought Valve had completely killed the modding community with their cancerous fucking sv_pure bullshit and Quickplay killing the popularity of community servers.

If it's interesting maybe. I don't really know why Valve would invest more into this game with anything other than cosmetics like hats and unusuals.

I believe the gist of it was that it's a TC based upon some leaked source code from an older version of TF2. The mercenaries in OP's image are part of the deathmatch mode, and there's also multi-team modes with YLW and GRN teams.
