The symbolic class-color of priest is white, the symbol of an entire branch of priestdome is the moon. Hell priests even drop speed-feathers at people's feet so that could have easily explained the feathers.
Had they strapped a beak and a sun on the other shoulderpad and changed up the color a little, it could totally have worked as a druid set.
As it stands, it reminds me more of a priest than a druid. And with a class-set there shouldn't even be a hint of a doubt as to what class the set is for.

Better looking is entirely subjective. I think some of the color schemes look better but some of the extra details are underwhelming. Class order hall sets are in a similar vein. However, talents can no longer be changed outside of resting areas without the aid of an incription crafted consumable, one made for personal use and one that can be laid out like a feast or soulwell
This is apparently because people would swap talents to minmax between every pull or something and the devs didn't like that mentality
They've talked about loosening it so you can change talents before starting a dungeon or raid but there's not a single person who likes the change so I'll be surprised if it makes it out of beta

They weren't vague. The more you level one artifact, the more boost the other ones get. Once you max one, your lower level ones level like 5 times faster. And maxing doesn't really take very long outside the last half dozen or so points.

Its not really that hard. Especially with some of the fucking legendaries. Goddamn those things are ridiculous. Though its a bit of a bummer they make it so permanent doomguard/infernal are actually a dps loss.
