It's called the Judge Sword. Both Cid and Marche from FF Tactics Advanced have it in their artwork. Although only Cid is a Judge. And it's not obtainable.
Some people think it's a reference to Rue's "Axe" in Threads of Fate a.k.a. Dewprism. It worked for a PsOne low polygon character model.
I almost think they made the 3d models first, then made promotional art based off it.
