I found at least 40 games I liked on the DS. But even overlooking that, it had the most Dragon Quest games. That alone made it the best handheld. 3DS would be doing even better if the games actually got localized.

No. Its library is vast, and of high quality, but it does not rival the density in Gameboy Color and Gameboy games.

Fantastic RPG library (including Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy), several solid horror titles, Ace Attorney, and great platformers like New Super Mario Bros.

Yes,mostly because It's the last handheld nintendo made that wasn't about gimmicks and more fateful to the 4th gen games's style (Wow 4th gen Is considered by many the best gen of video games who would have known!)
