Nothing. It turned a great mp game (CoD 4) and casualized the shit out of it, with harrier strikes coming in every 9 seconds. MW2 pretty much marked the substantial downfall of the FPS genre
It had a super low skill floor, so your average 13 year old could still enjoy himself with no effort.

For me I liked the semi realism of it, like the weapons being actual weapons, sounding realalistic, and not taking 3/4ths of a fucking magazine to kill one guy. Also it didn't have microtransactions which is the biggest cancer in modern games. Don't get me wrong this game probably made me more mad than any other as a teen but it was at least fun. Everything after is a fucking joke.

Ooh downing ac-130s was the best. Getting your 2nd shot off just as one of his shots kills you, letting you respawn that bit faster for the third. Downing some guys harrier before it even acquired a target was almost as good.

Also silencer on M9/M249 not working and shotgun range as a whole.

Everything. This is definitely a solid 8/10, maybe even a 9but I'm quite biased since I have played over 1000 hours.
On PC it was horrible
