The debit card magically appears in my wallet, and if I were to lose it, it'll instantly reappear in my wallet the next day. If I were to lose my wallet, I could grab hold of another one and announce that this is now my new wallet, making the card reappear in it from now on, until I decide to get another one.
No expenses made with that money will ever raise suspicions by anyone or anything. I could potentially withdraw a million dollars in the shadiest neighborhood in front of 20 muggers, and they would completely ignore me.
Anyone who I choose to have the knowledge of the magical bank account would get a copy of the debit card in question, and can use them freely up until I decide they are not to know about it, or they decide to betray me in anyway. In which case they'd instantly forget about the account and proceed with their lives as they were.
