I don't think so. Rajyaki in Muramasa Rebirth comes pretty close though, so you could try that if you haven't already.

Considering Dragon's Crown was their most expensive game and it hovered at around a $1 million budget, Vanillaware isn't exactly a AAA dev. I think they work pretty well with what they have.
