It's up to you how you tackle them. Personally I'm alternating between the teams, C>Q>D, doing 1 fragment for a team and then switching to the next team. I like how things are just seemingly completely random and then all of a sudden fall into place and events slowly click together.
Like, the second fragment I did in the game was the Biolab and Mira ended up killing Q and Eric and now every time I do a Q fragment I get on the edge of my seat knowing that Mira is a fucking crazy bitch.

I found the puzzles in ZTD easier than VLR's. Game is great for what it is, the goofy animations and lack of lip sync bothered me a lot less than I thought it would. Some of the twists and endings are great(Zero's identity and D-end 2). I want to fuck new design Akane. 8.5/10

I'm not writing out all of it but Eric brings Sean with him for a visit to Mira in jail, who turned herself in after Eric convinces her and married him in jail. Mira seems to have gotten a hint of genuine emotions and are glad to see them, and asks Eric if he doesn't regret marrying her since Sean told them she rips out his heart in another timeline. Eric says he forgives her no matter what.
Sean points out she's still a serial killer and the family and friends of her victims are probably not so forgiving, and then proceeds to break the visitor's window, kick a whole in the prison wall and beats up the police officers who arrive with the alarms. He then tells Mira to come along to the Transporter to stop her young self from becoming a killer in another timeline.

Zero's Identity:
Zero's name is Delta. He is also Brother, the founder of Free the Soul. He is also the real Q and fourth Participant.

Blick Winkel takes on the perspective of Zero himself. AKA: Q.

Q's True Identity:
His name is Sean. He is a robot made in much the same way as Sigma's arms and Luna in VLR. He was never actually Q. He is modeled after a real boy named Sean.

Left's Identity:
Left's real name was Sean. He was a ten year old boy with an incurable illness who died due to a series of terrible coincidences.

Q's Relation to Zero:
Q, Participant Four, is actually Delta. He is a "wheelchair-bound" old man that everyone thinks is blind and deaf.

Uchikoshi's Trick:
The entire game is from the Perspective of Delta. You are Zero. Even in timelines where he is dead, he is viewing the events because he is able to tap into other people's minds and learns the events. He also has the power to hijack people's minds and control their body for a split second.

Returning Characters:
Literally no one. Not even an epilogue. Lotus and Seven are mentioned, at least.

Phi's Identity:
She is Sigma and Diana's daughter. She is also Delta's fraternal twin sister.

Eric's Mother went jogging through the woods one day, only to take a path she didn't normally take because she saw a snail. On this path she met a young girl, Mira, and was subsequently murdered. Akane's father who was executed was meant to take a taxi before he was arrested. Instead, a surgeon got into the taxi. It then got into an accident and both the driver and surgeon died. The surgeon had planned to operate on a sick boy, Sean, who then died from lack of treatment. Delta was an old man whom he befriended in the hospital.

The Survivor Paradox:
When six people are supposed to die, how do five people survive to VLR? Physical time travel using alien technology found in the bunker. Junpei and Akane died in this timeline but subsequently traveled back to this specific history by use of the alien technology.

Phi's Identity Part 2:
Sigma and Diana fuck in the alien tech.

Zero Part 2 + Phi Part 3:
Sigma and Diana, having been trapped in the underground bunker for 11 months, have two twins. Delta and Phi. They send both of them back in time using the alien transporter. They arrive in 1904 in Germany. Phi is sent forward in time in an experiment and arrives in 2008, where she is taken care of by an old couple.

True Ending:
Due to SHIFT shenanigans, everyone eventually shifts to the point in time where they won the cointoss. They choose to fight for the future and go after the terrorist that is said to kill all 8 billion people on Earth. Delta gives them one last decision game: Kill him, or let him go. The game ends with Carlos pointing the gun at Delta.

Junpei says he can't help but think of there existing a history where he spends his life searching for her, but is interrupted by Akane pinching him, reminding him that this isn't a dream. She says she's glad he's become more open the months since the test site, and he pinches her back saying she's not dreaming either, and they continue teasing each other. They mention that this history was possible thanks to Carlos, and Akane now wears her ring on the her left hand.
