Why do scrubs keep thinking Tomomo is a good character when she's one of the worst characters in the game after the nerf? Her stats are barely better than Yuki's (Who is also shit) but then she has one of if not the worst hyper in the game and a recovery value of 6.

Marc is a pretty good bully character but Sherry is the most bullshit one. Every battle against her seems so hopeless. At least Marc can be whittled down.

Only your first point is a real complaint, and her good defensive stats make up for that, as long as she doesn't fight too many other characters
Every character is vulnerable to bad rolls, characters with higher defense less so but Sherry has extra defense.
Her hyper isn't the best but it can be good depending on the other characters your opponents choose. It's also a comeback mechanic. If you're winning you don't need to use it.
If RAF is a legitimate complaint then you might as well say a character with +10 to all stats is bad because RAF messes them up.
Sherry can totally attack bosses most of the time, since she has +1 defense to tank a boss hit. If she has low health then yes she can't, but that's not "Most of the time".
