Bloodborne. Assuming you've played through the entire series it will be really nice because it's fresh. Its single player is way better than DaS3 and you'll enjoy the bang more now than playing it after you've slogged through DaS3, which is unfortunately quite forgettable, even though it has the best combat out of DaS1, DeS and DaS2.

I ended with DS3 after Bloodborne, and was a little underwhelmed by the lack of atmosphere, easy fights, and shitty music throughout the game.
DS3 is an 8.5/10 game.
BB is a 9.5/10.
