Skill and nerfs are system dependent. Torbjorn on ps4 is OP since controller aiming is slow, but on pc he's easy to deal with. Widow maker didn't need a nerf on console because aiming is slower than on pc.

Yeah Mei is annoying but I always speed up my team and E her with Lucio, back to china fucking chink. What annoys me is that even when you send her flying she still can get lucky headshots like Hanzo and delete you instantly, and everytime she's on my team the second I ult she walls me, literally everytime. It's the easiest to avoid and the whole team doesn't realize that you can destroy it so they do one of two things;

She has 250 health which is more than most offense characters, she can outlive and shut down mobility characters alone. Her M1 also puts a significant slow on anything it touches just briefly.
If she's caught out alone she can, again, freeze herself or put a wall between herself and you/your team. When combo'd, this can buy herself time to run away or for her team to arrive.

Its an incredibly slow fire and once you get hit once your probably not going to get hit again unless your frozen which you could have easily avoided.
Mcree on the other hand does insane headshot damage and fires as fast as he wants and at close range he can kill a roadhog if all six shots hit.

Blizzard made a horrible trap for themselves, they made an even low skilled version of Pyro, who still struggles in competitive and is Valve's headache. She will never NEVER be viable in competitive, everything she does someone does better and she is at max annoying but does 0 damage and is easily destroyed by at least 2 coordinated teammates. Her only redeeming factor is an ice wall, otherwise she is a worse character design that the Pyro.
