A single Junkrat or Pharah won't destroy it fast. I'm usually the only one doing that as Pharah, and it takes ages. 120 damages per rocket, it takes 17 rockets to destroy it. 1.1 rockets per second, 2 reloads for 1s each. 17.5 seconds to destroy it (as a comparison, widow charged shots take 25.3s to destroy it solo).

At that point, if your position is actually good, Reinhardt can be shot directly, which makes shooting his shield rather futile. Or he's be in a corner or something, in which case I'd move again to find a flank again.
