Just checked the website, and yes, you should be able to. It's the "Legends of Hyrule" pack, which is the Link's Awakening, Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Tracks, and ALBW DLC. Not sure if they can be purchased separately, but this one comes out on the 30th, so that's the day to check.
As far as skins go, though, I think you're SOL.

Those skins are both fucking rad, as are Toon Link's pajamas and Phantom Ganondorf. They might possibly throw them all in for the Wii U version after all of the DLC is out and finished, but that's just speculation on my part.

If you've sunk considerable time into the Wii U version, that's totally understandable. I never played past the first mission, I'm sure if I had gotten anywhere significant I never would've picked up Legends.
Although honestly, I'm pretty sure both HW and Legends have sold well enough that there'll be a HW2 on the NX, especially considering the story epilogue in Legends brings Cia back to life.

Between my wife grinding out character levels while I'm at work and us co-oping the game + maps together since the game even launched in the first place, we've put well over 300 hours into the game and have almost every single character at max level. She's one of those "I'm such a gamurrr i love zelda xD" types so we play this a lot.

Happily, because Nintendo don't make good games any more and nostalgia is my only remaining tie to them.
I'd love to see it remade with some HD sprites on prerendered watercolour backgrounds, but they'd probably make it on the hideous plasticky ALBW engine to save a buck.

That's debatable, because they often used familiar IP to sell innovative and/or novel gameplay. Which is fairly inoffensive.
It's more recently when they've gone out of their way to ignore fans, exhaust their IP on shit games like Sticker Star and that new Metroid.
They haven't released a good game since Galaxy 2 as far as I'm concerned, and I have no hope for the new Zelda regardless of what everyone's been saying.

There's a few games I'd like to see given remakes. Link's Awakening could benefit from a lot of stuff (GUARDIAN ACORNS, WHAT A STRANGE OBJECT MAYBE AN ITEM IN YOUR INVENTORY WOULD LET YOU IGNORE THESE FUCKIGN TEXT PROMPTS), but personally I'd rather Kaeru no Tame get a remake first. It's a short game but it's charming as hell and it'd be perfect for an eShop release.
