Ubisoft seemed to have good relations with Nintendo prior to the Wii U's launch. After all, both Zombi U and Rayman Legends were meant to be Wii U exclusives. And Activision has a pretty good thing going with the Skylanders series. Sega's also done quite a bit for the Wii U, even if all of their games aren't necessarily on point.

No because its still not done retard. Games are never completed until barely a month before release. Then they go through certification and that could be another hell. BotW looks nice but its still fucking unstable as it is. From the 4 hr stream they did, just go through it again. There are areas with harsh frame rate drops, poor textures and fucking assets that are popping in once you get to a certain distance. Was it delayed to the NX, possibly yes (even though the Wii U needed the game more). Is it anywhere near completion? Hell fucking no

I had a lot of fun with smash run, but I never got their reasoning for making it so players can't run into each other in the huge map part of the game. Honestly they could've removed the final battle (race to the finish was fun, though) and just made it some score-based time-attack free-for-all where everyone's scrambling to defeat the most enemies in 5 minutes on a huge map.

There will be a new Animal Crossing for it. Not only are we overdue for a new AC, and not only has Nintendo already made lots and lots of HD assets for AC (see: AC Plaza and Mario Kart 8), but in the most recent shareholders meeting, Ninty said that the new AC game/software for mobile platforms will be built so that it can connect to future mainline games in the series on consoles.
I expect a new Animal Crossing in Winter 2017, or if Splatoon 2 takes up all their dev resources, no later than Winter 2018.

Just use context clues. They officially confirm they're working on a new console in the spring of 2015. Nintendo is not known for putting it in the open that a new console is in the works. They skip any mention of it at E3 and hold off talking about it the entirety of the year.
Meanwhile, the Wii U is clearly reaching the end of its life and getting its last few titles. Mostly spin-off stuff and things that had been in the works for a while. Most consoles have exclusives and support slow to trickle before the new console launches with one last swan song before the new console launches. This is clearly going to be Zelda after its December direct teaser saying it'll be released in 2016 as a Wii U exclusive.
Fast forward to March. Nintendo confirms Zelda has been delayed a second time to 2017, the same year the NX will be launching. Now would be a great time to announce some Wii U games to give us in the meanwhile, right?
WRONG.
We get Zelda at E3. No other Wii U titles are announced. Between now and March of next year, we seriously only have like 2 or 3 physical releases of Wii U games.
So one has to ask: How the fuck do you have such an enormous gap if you were planning on launching the console during the next year?
None of this proves the NX was delayed, of course, but the other option is that Nintendo is truly incompetent with release schedules and said "we don't need any Wii U games this fall".

It was commended for being an incredibly intuitive level making program, where literally even the dumbest of retards could make a playable level.
As far as complexity, you're totally right. The the amount of effort put into both games to make good levels are not even remotely comparable. The playable levels on LBP were like 1 out of every 40. So many of them were garbage and unfinished.
SMM on the other hand forces you to complete a level before uploading it, meaning that it can't be completely broken.
