I ran a Frieza Melee/Strike Super build, and I dominated. People don't expect high melee and strike stats, and I had high stamina as well. Health suffered though but oh well.
Alternatively: run a body swap build with an ugly as sin character with shite moves.

It doesn't look like hits have the same impact like BT3 or something like it. Probably because there isn't an obscene amount of screen shaking and the action is smooth.
Do you think they'll give more forms to other races? Super Namek would be easy since the change is barely noticeable, but something like multiple freiza forms seems way too variable to work unless they let the player make their own forms.

The problem I see with Super Nameks are that it requires two Namekians. It would be really cool if you could team up with a friend and fuse, but I just don't see it working. Maybe absorb a fainted partner? They could always go the Budokai route, I suppose.
Other than that I think we're probably going to get at least one other Frieza form and Super Buu/Kid Buu-type forms.

Not really. It only required two in Piccolo's case because they were originally a single person that split. For him "Super Namek" was just returning to his original form. Or at least as close to it as he could get after his reincarnation. For a Namekian that never split, it could just be a normal form.

Probably not. In-universe they should technically just be able to get that strong naturally. But in terms of game mechanics, it'd be a way to give Namekians a Super Saiyan equivalent.
Either that or give them the unnamed red-eyed form from DB Online, though DB Heroes has used it as their God-mode equivalent instead.

Humansand furriescan select from different schools(Turtle, Crane, RR Silat Gunfu Commando, Majin Path, Mr. Satan's Pro Wrassling mall karate courses) and a Soul(you should be able to equip multiple) can make them half-saiyans or androids.
Saiyans specialize in taking a form Further Beyond, SSJ is an all around upgrade, SSJ2 is melee, SSJ3 is Ki with a very short time limit, SSJ4 is combos, SSJG is... whatever, SSJBlue is Ki but with a longer time limitand LSSJ which has fucktons of superarmor. Also can go Oozaru as a very last desperation move(much slower, easier to flank)
Freezers get transformations in custom order. Choose up to 5, but the more transformations the weaker they are. Armored 'fuck yo ki blast' , Devil, Weird, ESP and 100% Power.
Nameks are separated by a rigid Caste system. Warrior, Dragon, Healer and Artisan. You can choose to remain racially pure for further bonuses or fuse with another namekian to access their caste bonus.
Majins have a similar system, except they can " "absorb" time displaced version of characters to change their appearance and straighten their combos and Specials, and become pure for a short super rape mode(when it's over, they get tired and go to sleep, instant gameover)

I'm currently being buttfucked by RNG trying to get one of the Z Souls needed for Kamiccolo. The Soul drops from Piccolo in PQ 14.
Now I'm not asking for secret legit 100% drop rate cheats.exe, I'm just wondering. Can I constantly restart the mission if I don't see the message that I've had some Equipment drop after killing Piccolo? Or do I have to finish the mission?Is it safe to use Cheat Engine in XV? This RNG is bullshit.

Neat, glad it's both base and final forms too. Has it been confirmed if it'll be possible for canon characters to do their transformations in battle like Frieza/Cooler going to their advanced forms? That's one of the things XV kinda fell flat on for canon characters to me, especially since in-story they just clearly replaced one model with the other when they 'transformed' in story.

Zarbon kills Vegeta in their first fight. Knowing what will happen if he returns empty handed, he needs to escape.
Zarbon must infiltrate Freiza's mothership, sabotage the engines, the network/navigation computer and destroy all but one pod and escape in the last one, all before Freiza gets the wiser.
Piccolo Daimao wishes to forcefully merge with Kamisama. This causes him to chill the fuck out. He still wishes for World Domination so he heads out to Western City. Tien, Roshi and Goku are still after his ass, he must style the shit out of them so they give up and can achieve peace. Roshi has a OHKO move, and Goku is too hotblooded so he needs to be taken down hard.

A character can only increase the SA if it's the exact same 'state' as the other card.
So you'll need the new strike Xeno Trunks to raise the SA of the gacha one. It's actually not that hard and give Xeno Trunks an advantage over Majin Vegeta and Brolly as neither of those two have farmable skill-ups (farmable Brolly is a different state than LSSJ Brolly so it won't work on skilling him).

It's some kind of bio-armor that they control with their mind? But, if that's the case, why was Freeza wearing normal armor when he first showed up?
Also, their forms are weird, because they somehow act as power limiters. Why put the effort into making your "forms" completely different appearances from your real body? What purpose does this serve? Why even have limiters in the first place?
I haven't played since IPiratedthe game on release, but I've bought it now that it's on sale.

His Ultimate is fuckin OP at times. I think it was a bug, but there would be times where his Blue Hurricane would do like 4 times damage to Giant Bosses, and most of the time it could one shot tougher enemies. I ran a Frost Demon Melee/Strike build with Blue Hurricane and my friends always enlisted me for farming. We run in, I spin on the enemies, rinse and repeat.

When the treasure tab part of Baba's shop opens next month you can buy Elder and Supreme Kai medals for 50 gems. You get gems from the new story stages that are getting added to the game around the same time.

Trying to get medals for characters like Gohan/Videl/Frieza/whatever from the Heroes versus Villains events is an exercise in madness and sadomasochism.
The medal you MAY get is completely random, and odds are you may not even GET a medal.
The only medals worth trying for in those events are the dokkan specific rebirth medals for characters like Majin Vegeta and Fat Buu as you are always guaranteed those at the very least.

The real kicker is that the defeat animations for Brolly, Majin Vegeta, and Xeno Trunks gets shorter and shorter for each new character to get a meganuke.

Look it up if you don't believe, you could edit the save files without any repercussion. There were people with max level chars with more stats than "possible" through normal leveling. First Legendary Rare character in the game is Super Saiyan Goku.
He is the first character to have a ki bar that goes over 12 (a full circle) and apparently has multiple super attacks depending on how much of the bar is filled.
He shares Gogeta's leader skill of +3 ki to all and +3000 attack potentially making him tied for most broken card in the game depending on his other stats.
His event apparently requires Super Strike characters to complete, though translators haven't said what, if any reason there is for their requirement (if they have a key link skill or if you just can't take anyone else on the mission)

New SSR Super Saiyan Goku coming.
It can be Dokkan Awakened into a Transcended UR with a level cap of 120, like the current Dokkan Fest characters.
It can then be Dokkan Awakened once more into an LR with a level cap of 150.
To perform these awakenings, you'll need items from a new event. The limitation on this event is that you're only allowed to use Super Strike characters in your team, and you can't use dragon stones to continue if you get KO'd.
LR SS Goku's ki can go up to 24 instead of 12 like the current ki gauge. If he hits 12 ki, he performs a super attack like all characters. But if he goes above a certain amount (think it's 16, but can't find the translation atm so it might be wrong) he performs a "super" super attack.
Also he has the same leader skill as Gogeta; +3 ki and +3000 attack to all types.

Vegeta, Nappa and Radditz remain loyal to Freiza and succesfully recruit Goku. Freiza takes over the Earth diplomaticly and recruits Piccolo and several of the Humans into his elite units, like Krillin.
Dr Gero unleashes androids/cyborgs into Freiza controlled Earth and Freiza's elite have to step in to protect the planet. Eventually Dr Gero is defeated but recruited by Freiza and he creates technological marvels with Freiza's resources. Also recruit Dr Wheelo and he and Gero augment Freiza's armies with androids and bio-warriors.

Raditz was a ruthless savage who lied to turn the tables on Goku. He then told him that he'd kill his own brother out of Saiyan pride.
He might be the weakest Saiyan as the series progressed, but at his debut he was the strongest character in the series.
The reason why Raditz, Nappa, Vegeta, and Frieza were at the power levels that they were is because they never trained.
Raditz's strength came from combat experience. Nappa's did too, but he was much older than Raditz. By that point he had fought so much that he became an elite. Vegeta's power was a result of his lineage. Frieza never trained until Ressurrection of F.
If Raditz had lived as long and had seen as much combat as Nappa, he'd be comparatively strong. But all of those characters would have been even stronger if they trained. Saiyans would naturally get stronger after fighting so they'd see no need to. In Frieza's case he never fought someone strong enough to warrant training so he never trained either.

Potentially not. He'd likely be as strong as he was at the end of Dragonball, he'd still have to deal with Roshi, Tien, etc. in order to destroy the Earth and inevitable King Piccolo/Piccolo too.
Goku's problem is he stopped training when he had Gohan. Now if Goku was able to actually talk some sense into Raditz though, things would have been drastically different. Vegeta and Nappa never would have figured out about the Dragonballs and came to Earth, Goku never would have learned Kaio-ken and the Spirit Bomb and everything would have been fine until Goku died of a heart disease and the Androids showed up, which then it would have been up to Raditz to defeat them, and knowing Raditz he'd have trained Goku and Gohan using Saiyan hax prior to that. Cell would never have gotten to travel back in time either actually, let alone have Vegeta and Frieza's DNA in him as well.
Hell Raditz changing his ways right then and there due to Goku would have changed the entire course of Dragonball significantly.

XV was a fun casual game, I played it for over 260 hours and played it seriously (as in i had rivalries and the like) and even so i still enjoyed the game despite all of it's competitive flaws and the goddamn RNG bullshit (Seriously i tried to get x100 BBK over a hundred times, I fucking checked my mission log) yet despite all of that it was a fun game and it seems like XV2 is going to improve upon the game i had so much fun with so....Well obviously I and likely many other people are going to buy it.

Raditz could have killed Gohan immediately with that first punch if he wanted. Sure he was getting ready to finish him off right after, but look at how long it was taking him to actually do it, same with Goku. Nah, an early screenshot that was released before E3 only had Cooler's elbow in the picture, with Goku, Frieza, and the player all in focus looking at Cooler all shocked, so the player definitely gets right into that shit.
And Turles is also shown with Jeice and Burter (both powered up by Towa/Demigra magic).
