Yes, DSP is truly based for explaining how Mighty No. 9 is not based, and is, in fact, baseless.
I can only hope that Capcom comes to their senses and makes a proper Mega Man game in the future that will be more based than this failed attempt at being based was.

Good review. I know this game has a lot of crap attached to it like that thing about the PR manager, and other unnecessary expenditures but the game was finally delivered. It just has a lot of negativity around it.
