Survival game with an interesting movement system based on momentum. You build up speed gradually, in addition you have to be wary of moving down inclines as you can trip and fall. Which is fucking scary when you are being chased by the monster.

Made by two brothers and of course because it was an indie game that had actual gameplay and innovations it was largely ignored by the gaming press, so it barely sold and the two brothers quit making games.

Garbage game.

The entire game is complete RNG which you have only a very basic and limited way of affecting.

This game could have been great if the AI wasn't so garbage and the gameplay so limited.

Fate of the world is a turn based grand strategy game in which you become the president of the world in 2020 and you need to ensure that humanity survives until 2300. Having to saveguard them from nuclear war and global warming.

You have a lot of tools at your disposal. You can broadcast propaganda. Become a north korea style dictatorship with a personality cult and genocide all africans. Or become a hippy populist that keeps everyone happy with welfare and free education but then the total population rises and the economic condition gets worse.

Or you could just try and develop the technology so that you get fusion technology and Artificial intelligence and eventually make starships so humanity can colonize other planets.

I've played this game for hundreds of hours. I recommend it to everyone that is interested in government simulators or games like CIV et cetera.

Ittle Dew, 2d zelda type game with more puzzle focus. There's only 3 items but more attention on what those items can do. Kinda like how LBW had a stronger item focus in it's dungeons since you'd have them from the start so the whole thing could be based around them instead of just half.

Can't speak for MOW AS2 but the first assault squad is pretty fun.

There are no AI so you'll have to battle each other. You can go full autism and build bases with sandbags, tanktraps, mines etc. It has inventory system like an RPG so a tank crew that survives his tank getting blown up may only carry a pistol. But he can loot the MG-34 off the tank and use that to fight his way out.

You can also direct control all units with mouse and arrow keys. Shit's fun.

>Variety
Here's a partial list of the physical mutations your guy can start with. There's also an entire list of mental mutations that you can select instead, too. Most of the stuff is also procedural so you'll run across tons of different encounters while exploring.

>Content
It has a lot of content but not everything is together yet. For instance, there's only three villages and a city to explore but they're all spaced about an hour of exploration apart. The underground caves are endless though and there's a decent variety of different biomes you can run into. They just added these randomly created fungal zones, for instance, that have things that can infect your character with a few different nasty infections.

>>342614652
They stopped updating that one so you're not going to get access to the new diseases or the new biomes. I'm not even sure Six-Day Stilt is in the free version.

there's an idle game called idle raiders on kongregate that is seriously insanely good. like many levels better than any idle games that have come out in the past.

The concept of the game is that you basically progress with an MMO-raiding like guild of raiders and watch them go through raids and stuff, and manage their equipment. as an idle game of course.

But I doubt many people have played it (except kong players).

game will have a "rerelease" as well, don't know much about it (a dev stated as much in the kong comments), afaik something like an idle raiders advanced with more content, features etc.

I played the game, the problem is that the mystery and the monster are pretty boring. the entire gameplay is pretty boring desu. the movement system and how everything is integrated into the actual world (as opposed to being an UI element of some kind) is the only good thing about it. but the actual playing is pretty bland.

desu it's a good thing the devs didn't make any money. all power to indie devs but shitty indie game makers should just go broke and never make games again.

I got super annoyed at this game because every puzzle would require you to trivially rebuild something you had built dozens of times before. there is absolutely no way to save 'schematics' or something of any kind anywhere and use them again for quick building, yet 90% of the stuff you will actually build will rely on a few core constructs you'll use over and over again

In this FPS, you wander around colonial america, shooting demonic versions of spanish conquistadores and indians by day, and skeletons and wraiths by night.

All of this while acting as a paranormal sleuth to free the victims of the countless murders and rapes committed in the maps you'll explore and let their souls go without guilt and remorse.

Get it if you enjoy the idea of going on minority massacres with arrows and musket and being a 15th century Phoenix Wright with added spooky.

So I just pirated this. It seems interesting but is there any reason why I'm manlet sized? The fucking barrels are taller then I am.

Also it's not locking my mouse to the window which makes it literally unplayable unless I only shoot things to the left of me. This is why I pirate shit before buying.

One of my favourite JRPGs.
>>
>>342620346
I'm assuming you've already bought all of the YS series?
>>
>>342618846
No. There was something extremely satisfying about uncovering the map in that game. More games need a system where you triangulate your position to gain information on your map, more interesting than just having a full map from the start.
>>

>deadspace
Was fun, but i was never scared.

>FEAR
Excellent gunplay. Excellent AI. Never really scared, since the enemies were all just soldiers.

>Silent Hill
Pretty scary, but I finished the game.

>amnesia the dark descent
I couldn't get past the wine cellar. Shit was terrifying.

Shadow of Chernobyl is the better game, but Call of Pripyat is more open and you can get Call of Chernobyl for it.

I do actually, stopped playing just before Melfice. Never got past him when I was a teenager either, just sort of lose interest.

What are you talking about? Black Mesa is not in early access.

Is what I was going to type. Then I looked it up on steam and it is? But Black Mesa Source came out a long time ago. Or is this early access just for the retail version, in which case why do they need to be in early access when the game was already done.

Really enjoyed Darkness Within, The Lost Crown, Dark Fall 1,2,3 and Scratches. I really like those spooky point and click games.

I cant sell shit because I dont have an andriod/IOS phone.

How can I profit from the cards/things I get from steam when going through a queue? Last sell I was able to sell those things and eventually got enough coin to get a cheap game. Is it possible to do that now without a phone?
>>
>>342620651
http://store.steampowered.com/app/223810/, since it's the oldest game on steam. Not to bad, combat is not the usual though. Uses a bump system. All the other games combat are not like that one if that's not your cup of tea.

other then that. Can't go wrong starting with Ys: The Oath in Felghana or Ark The Ark of Napishtim. I wasn't not a huge fan of Origin but it's alright.
>>
>>342620935
Isn't the co-op just a minigame thing
>>
>>342620905
I enjoyed Agarest more than TitS.
At least the combad didn't put me to sleep, had a bit of challenge and the pacing was a lot better.
>>

Amnesia is good, Penumbra is as a whole better.
Better puzzles, better monsters, better setting and atmosphere, better plot. I even think the games are freeware at this point, but I'm not sure about that.
Overture is great with building up tension, Black Plague is much scarier.

Rabi-Ribi. Its a castlevania game but with bullet hell boss fights.

Legends of Eisenwald - good Wandering Knight simulator. Lore based on German tales. Good quests and story, but it's on Unity and performs like shit if you have a mid-tier PC. http://store.steampowered.com/app/246760/

Jets 'n' Guns Gold - shoot'em up. GREAT soundtrack. Open your asshole wider, because you can have troubles even on Easy. Kind of looks like ass though. http://store.steampowered.com/app/262260/

Shatter - when was the last time you saw a fucking pinball game on PC? Good graphics, good power-ups. http://store.steampowered.com/app/20820/

Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments - you a fucking Sherlock Holmes, nigger. Walk around, search for clues, make deductions (you can even make a mistake in them like a retard you are) and choose fate of criminals (the choice is always put them in jail if you aren't a faggot). Great all around, but the overall arch is stupid and face animation is worse than on a piece of paper. http://store.steampowered.com/app/241260/

Towerfall Ascension - now, most of you probably know about the game as "the pixelshit that put Anita in". However, if you can look past it, I guarantee you that it's a tight beat'em-up, and if you have friends (only local multiplayer) then you are in for shitloads of fun. http://store.steampowered.com/app/251470/

In the game you switch between daytime and nighttime (turn up colors for daytime btw since night time is always gonna be black and white)

Night time can get pretty intense when you're chased by a wraith while skeletons pop up around you.
Can you handle skeletons chasing you?

Also the ending WILL fuck you up. But that's literally the last 10 seconds of the game.

There are no swords. You get crossbows, muskets, pistols, bows (long/short). Plus bombs and a throwable tomahawk.
