I get so butthurt everytime I see this chart.
1) It uses the inferior Skyrim versions for reference. At that point they're all bland as fuck. THE RACIAL BONUSES AREN'T EVEN THAT GOOD!
2) Bretons are top tier along with dunmer. They're HUMANS with HIGH MAGICAL CAPABILITIES! They aren't MUTTS, they are a finely developed SUPERIOR breed of their own.

If you're trying to play Oblivion for real, bretons are the best race because you can get magic immunity for the low price of one ring slot. And if you're trying to play a mage in Morrowind, bretons are the best, owing to the ludicrous weaknesses that altmer have.
