So, there is a 85% discount on the Bohemia official page for this in a package, if I buy it will I be able to play it on Steam or is it a standalone thing?

How would that work? Wouldnt resellers try to sell it cheaper than the steam price but more expensive than the Bohemia price? What's the point if they dont earn any money?
